Absolutely! You can send us an email to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing an order by sending us an email.
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. This is approximate, however, and may change. In this situation, the new shipping date will be sent to you by email.
Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items :
the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees.
Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates :
the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.
Unfortunately, No. Each order is processed immediately as it is received, and once it is confirmed no changes can be made.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of ordering and adjust your cart to your liking. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order; to return them, please refer to our Return Policy.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. After the the product has been shipped and fulfilled you will receive another email with the order details and the tracking number( from USPS) for your package.
For standard shipping you can expect to receive your order in typically in less than 5 business days. We do not hold any responsibility, however, if the chosen shipping provider poses any delay that is out of our control.
That would never happen, but in the rare chance that it does we would be happy to exchange the product for your intended order, given that the order is in its original condition and passes inspection. No we do not have a physical location in terms of shopping, but we do have a physical location for order processing and fulfillment. Ultimately, DIVINITY1 is online based.
